(2011) -  Two graduate of the school travel to a remote village of the High Atlas mountains to document the poverty of the Amazigh village, where there is no electricity, no water, no school, no doctor or clinic.

 4. "En attendant la Neige" "Waiting for the Snow,"  an exquisite presentation of 38 minutes by Yassine El Idrissi:  The world of Ifrane, ski resort of the Middle Atlas, seen through the eyes of Ismail, 5 years old Amazigh boy.  Though the producer is not an Amazigh himself - he is a Moroccan journalist with excellent credentials - his first foray into cinematography is sensitive and beautiful.

TITRIT

Full length feature film , Itto Titrit (Morning Star), was released in 2010 in Morocco.

Its Amazigh Director, Mohamed Oumouloud Abbazi, obtained an artful blend of the cultural and historical in this tale of Amazigh struggle in the Atlas mountains of Morocco, during the time of Independence from the French Protectorate in the 1950's.

Synopsis

Morocco is going through turmoil. Liberty is on everyone's lips: young and old, educated and illiterate, Muslims and Jews. Everyone in the village is dreaming of a better future, be it a government job or an escape to another land. Meanwhile, a little girl with the name Itto Titrit (Morning Star) is kept out of school against her wishes. She yearns to be close to her childhood love during the pre-independence days in Morocco, and so she decides to outsmart the social taboos established by dominant males. To get her share of freedom like the rest of the country, she does not know what it will cost to challenge the well-established male privileges. Tackling messages of religious tolerance, Tamazigh culture and the role of women, the picture represents a new apogee for Moroccan cinema as one of the first films shot completely by a Tamazigh cast and production crew
